Happy National Donut Day!
I decided to make a strawberry & banana smoothie instead.
1.5 handfuls frozen strawberries
1 banana
3 ice cubes
1 vanilla Dannon Light and Fit
(Rumor has it you can add spinach to the smoothie and when blended it becomes masked. Hidden greens? Yes please.)
Blend till it resembles a smoothie.
Verdict: Yummy but a bit too much banana. (Banana is one of those foods whose taste overpowers everything else.)
